I see the screen.
I’m waiting.
I perceive the space in front of me.

I leave my thoughts here 

I look away for a moment so I can hear my breath.
Thought, desire, dispersion
or something else
which is in imbalance with  the eye.

In the meantime, I empty myself.

I am listening

how I inhale and exhale.

I can close my eyes.

Then I want to move on.
